After eight and a half years of growing, learning, and serving within Restorative Counseling, I’m stepping into the next chapter! I am the proud new owner of the practice as of April 1, 2026.

This practice has shaped me both personally and professionally. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through meaningful change. Behind the scenes, I have contributed to a practice built on compassion and care. None of that would have been possible without the support of my incredible colleagues. Stepping into ownership feels like both an honor and a natural continuation of the passion and dedication I have shown here for almost a decade. As I embark on this big transition, it causes me to reflect on where it all started.

Looking Back

I was drawn to Restorative Counseling because of the mission. We seek to support clients uncover their best selves using the strengths they already have. My therapeutic style aligned naturally with this mission. Because of that, I found a lot of satisfaction and success guiding clients on this journey. I am so appreciative of the clinicians that I worked alongside over the years that shared this mission. I am proud of the way we adapted to the ever-changing needs of clients. The world and the landscape of therapy have changed so much since 2017. And I am here to adapt again as I continue Restorative Counseling’s legacy as a solo practitioner.

As I step into this role, it also feels like the right moment to reintroduce myself and the work I’m most passionate about. I’m a therapist who specializes in treating anxiety, perfectionism, and body image concerns. My approach blends Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed skills, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) techniques, and body neutrality. My goal is to help clients build emotional regulation, confidence and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I truly believe that we all have what we need inside us to create meaningful change. I aim to be your trusted confidant that helps you combine those strengths with new tools to reach your goals.

On a personal note, you can most often find me reading a book, spending quality time with my family or planning my next adventure (both local and far). I have two kittens that I love to dote on. I am hoping to prioritize more joyful movement and to learn a new piano piece this year.

What’s Next

Restorative Counseling isn’t changing its mission or its commitment to thoughtful, client-centered care. I’m simply grateful for the opportunity to carry its vision forward and continue serving our community with the same dedication that has guided me all these years.
