The story begins with the founder Stephanie Grunewald. From a young age, she had a passion for helping people and encouraging them to live their fullest life. Many years later, Stephanie decided to go to graduate school and become a psychologist to follow her passion. After completing graduate school and receiving her doctorate, she opened her private practice, which quickly grew into a group practice.
